WOD:
Warm UP = Snatch, Power Clean, Calf Stretch will ball of Foot on 45 #wgt  
STRENGTH: Strict Press - Wendler Week 1 Result = 100# @ 7 Reps 
WOD: 3 Rounds For Time: Result = 19:27 with Modifications shown below-15 Power Cleans (115/75), 25 Walking Lunges (45/25) Mod = 25-16" box step up/down with 50# barbell (25 each hand), 25 Burpees Mod = 30 new standard Pushups, 15 Ring Rows
(modifications helpful to knee/quad/abductor)
