A decent food day, still drinking LOTs of water, sleeping OK and 8 hours usually and weight continues down slightly this week so far

WOD: "Death By Pull Ups"
With a continuously running clock do one pul-up on the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able. Use as many set minutes as needed.
Result (Blue Band, first time down from Blue/Purple) = 9 mins/reps complete, start over then 6 mins/reps complete, start over then 4mins/reps complete then failed in 20th min and stopped.  Couldn't do even 1 more.
