Day 3 - Food, Massage, WOD....What a Day!

Food/Nutrition changes good so far. Managing to get more protein/less carbs and over half total carbs are from Fruits/Vegs.  Drinking lots more water.   I am not hungry, avoiding food late at night and also getting 8 hours sleep each night so far.  

Had Theraputic Massage today and learned that fallen arches may contribute to biomechanical issues with legs/knees...plan to see Podiatrist

WOD - third WOD day this week so a little pain in quads/knees. 
Result - Thruster New PR @135#'s over previous PR of 105#'s

WOD: 20 Min AMRAP of: 5 Burpees, 10 Wallballs (14), 15 KBS (35), 20 Sit ups - Result completed 6 rounds and 5 Burpees in round 7
