The above nutrtion info includes beef for dinner but NOT Salad Bar, Merlot, Caipirinha's or Choc cake (probably another 2000 calories and lots of grams of Carbs/Sugars)  Oh well it was a great night with my kids

Exercise: spent 20 mins before / after stretching and 20 mins on Step Mill at LA fitness.

    Fogo de Chao sounds awesome! I say if you going to go all out do it in style, as you did.

    As for your daily nutrition, I love the organization, and have a few tips. Breakfast, drop Scrapple to 3 oz, increase to 2/3 cup egg whites and Add some fruit or veggies. Suggestions: 1/2 of an Apple or Pear, with TBS of Almond Butter, Veggies Sautee Peppers and Oniions with EVOO and put on top of the eggs.

    Lunch, Try a Zone Salad. A hand full of Lettuce, two pieces of deli low sodium ham, and low sodium turkey, two peices of low fat cheese (choice, I like provolone), 1/2 cup of Chick peas, 1/8 cup sliced olives, Dressing: 1 or 1.5 TBS EVOO + 1 TBS Balsamic Vineger. If you like this may I also suggest the Book "A Week In The Zone".

    Dinners look pretty on point.

    Keep up the commitment it is showing!
