STRENGTH: Front Squat Wendler Week 1 Only got 3 reps @145 on 3rd set due to wrist pain/mobility and unable to hold weight
WOD: "Kicking and Screaming"  10 Rounds For Time: Result = 18:10 (with modifications as shown below in RED .......10 Box Jumps (24/20) modification is 20" jump squat, 10 Push Ups (New Standard) modification is alternating ball pushup off knees 1 hand on ball, 1 hand on ground, 10 V Ups (no modifications)
