A good food day....

Exercise included Stretching, STEP MILL at LA Fitness (in prep for stair climb) and 500M ROW followed by more stretching.   Knees while slightly sore are not as inflammed since taking Cortisone shots on Monday 1/31...but realize I am only masking pain.  I continue to ice after workouts
