STRENGTH: Snatch Wendler Week 2....I decided NOT to follow my week 2 Wendler but just worked on on lesser wgt to address (lack of squating). So I was able to Snatch up to 60#'s w/o a lot of knee bend
WOD: 21-15-9 Rep Rounds of: Result = 12:11, Left-Arm KettleBell Snatches (35#), Right-Arm KettleBell Snatches (35#), Pull-Ups (Blue band)....
Comments: not able to KIP as Shawn showed me a week earlier once Arms grew tired, also left arm weaker than right for snatches.
