Late night eating still is my nemesis
Work out today:  Stretching before and after but went to LA Fitness for 25 mins cardio (eliptical, Stepmill and ROW).  Reach 935 steps in 10 mins for stair climb so about 45 seconds ahead of last years pace with 3 weeks left to go.
