The Baby Ribs and the Choc Cake accounted for 2/3 of my calorie intake but they were really good.  Also I forgot to add a Glass of Cabernet to my list above. 

WOD: For Time:  This was a great WOD and lots of fun     RESULT = 23:0850 Box Jump (16" box) modified to Step up/down,  Rope climb, 5 ascents (modified to 25 pull ups/ Blue Band) , 50 Kettlebell Swing (35) 50 Sit-Ups, 50 Dumbbell Hang Power Clean (25), 800 meter Run modified to 1000m Row, 50 Back Extensions
