A decent food day although AGAIN too much late in day.

WOD:
Test 5: Run 800 meters, Thrusters (75#) lbs x 21 reps, “L” Pull-ups 21 reps (modified to RED BAND regular pull ups)  Result = 9:23 - running felt good for first time in about 3 months slow perhaps but consistent pace for entire 800 m
