Breakfast 2/3 cup egg whites. .65 OZ American cheese, 5 OZ blueberries, Phillies game 64 OZ beer, 1 chicken Cheesesteak, then after game 1 Cheesesteak salad, then dinner in celebration FL, 5 OZ chicken, .6 OZ cheese, onion, peppers, 1 Ice Cream cone, then 1 zone bar later in evening, NOT much exercise except arm lifting beer,
