Not a great food day as again too much late at night!

STRENGTH: Thruster Wendler Week 3 Result = 4 reps @ 100 # (feeling tired and less strength after 5 days straight)  should have taken off Thursday as normally do

WOD: For Time: Result = 9:14 Modified all 200 runs to 200 m ROW
-200m Run (YEAH WERE RUNNING BABY!!!), 20 Push Press 85#, 200m Run, 20 Pull Ups (Blue Band), 200m Run, 20 KBS 35#, 200m Run, 20 Double Unders modified to 20 calf raises
