A Good News Day....post op visit to ortho surg and cleared for takeoff (start slow but can do whatever knees and body allows). Will return to CF on Monday. In meantime, stretch and increase exercise everyday till Monday. Walked about 2 miles today, stretched upper and lower halves and will attempt squating slowly starting Friday
