Knees at Day 4:  Tight but walking with more stability,  some swelling,  beginning to work on range of motion via stretching....now just past 90 degrees bend.   Need to be careful as steri strips still in place and don't want to open incisions.   Wait 1 more week before exercising....targeting 4/18 as return to CF
