Day 3, Sunday, April 3 Food, Nutrition and WOD (if golf is a WO)

Food/Nutrtion:  Kind Bar and Banana in AM with Coffee on Golf Course.  2.5 OZ of Turkey Breast for lunch,   Cucumbers, Carrots, Buffalo Chicken dip, 1 slice tomato pie for apps at Grandson's 12th BD,   Then roast beef, salad w/ lite rasp vinergarette dressing, 5 oz potato salad.  Then reese peanut butter ice cream cake, and two mini cheese cakes.   My quess is lots of protein and carbs and maybe 3500 calories.  A great day to celebrate knowing on Monday I get knees repaired (detailed).

Played Golf and walked much of course!
