Today, was a great day to finish the Nutrition challenge having achieved good results from weigh in and measurements.  Very Glad also that Kitty Jo, Bonnie and I agreed to keep blogs going as this is motivational to me, given other members of our CrossFit family are wanting to support each other.

WOD was tough (especially for Wallballs) as I had no gas left in my arms and  upperbody

WOD: 3 Rounds For Time;  Result = 12:20 (way to long for this WOD), 30 Double Unders (modified to calf raises, 20 Wallballs (14#) , 10 Burpees (used 16 " box)

  1. I could not agree more about the support circle we have formed! I certainly hope to be able to work classes into my work schedule, but either way you'll be hearing/seeing me around whenever possible! Great job with the challenge. They say let the best man win, and I think WE ALL have won :)
